Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of games and services from TND Studios ("we", "us"), including Mahjong Duel, Polygon Paradise, and our other titles (collectively, the "Games"). By downloading or playing a Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Games.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Games for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the Games except as allowed by law.

2. Your account

Some Games create an anonymous account so you can play online. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and device. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Code of conduct

When using the Games, you agree not to:

• choose a username, nickname, or other content that is offensive, hateful, harassing, sexual, threatening, deceptive (e.g. impersonation), or otherwise objectionable;
• harass, abuse, or harm other players;
• cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, or interfere with fair play or the Games' operation;
• attempt to access other players' accounts or data, or disrupt our services.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. We may remove content or usernames, and suspend or permanently terminate accounts, at our discretion.

4. User content and reporting

You are responsible for content you provide, such as your username. By providing it, you grant us a license to display it within the Games (for example, to opponents and on leaderboards). You can report objectionable usernames or behavior in-app or by contacting studiostnd@gmail.com, and we will review and take appropriate action, which may include removing content or terminating accounts.

5. Virtual items

Any in-game items, currency, points, or rankings have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and may be modified or removed. You do not own them; they are part of the licensed Game.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Games at any time, and (where supported) delete your account in-app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Games or other players.

7. Disclaimers

The Games are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TND Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the Games.

9. Apple App Store

For Games obtained through the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and TND Studios only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Games or their content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or handle claims relating to the Games. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country or on a U.S. prohibited-parties list, and you will comply with applicable third-party terms (such as your carrier's) when using the Games.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use of the Games means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
