Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TND Studios ("we", "us") handles information in our games, including Mahjong Duel, Polygon Paradise, and our other titles (collectively, the "Games"). Some practices below apply only to certain Games, as noted. By using a Game, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run each Game. We do not ask for your real name, email address, or phone number to play, and we do not collect precise location, contacts, or photos in any Game.

We do not use crash-reporting SDKs. Mahjong Duel does not use analytics SDKs.

How we use information

We use information to operate and improve the Games: to create anonymous accounts, run online play and matchmaking, save progress, maintain leaderboards and rankings, power social features, keep the Games working and secure, and — in ad-supported Games only — to display and measure advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and tracking (ad-supported Games)

Ad-supported Games (such as Polygon Paradise) show ads through ironSource LevelPlay (ad mediation) and Unity Ads. These partners may use your device advertising identifier and ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads and for ad targeting across apps.

Ad-free Games (such as Mahjong Duel) do not use advertising or tracking.

Service providers

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data while your account exists. Where a Game supports in-app account deletion (such as Mahjong Duel: Settings → Delete account), you can permanently delete your account and its associated data at any time — this removes your profile, username, and friends connections. For other Games, or to request deletion of data tied to your anonymous account, contact us at the address below. Completed match records may be retained in anonymized, aggregate form as part of game history.

Children's privacy

The Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
